VMhosts servers are based in the UK, and this is a lot cheaper than their normal offers at 4.40 GBP a month. It is using Xen, but I still have not found an offer to beat the AdvantageCom Xen server at 50 dollars a year. Anyway if you need Xen in the UK you can try them
